During trip everything was second to none and we will be back. Liked this high-class hotel with amazingly attentive and helpful staff at the reception desk. We ate at a good restaurant for lunch. The location was beautiful, close to Cavtat Old Town. Btw, the airport was 0.5 miles away...

25 minutes by car from the historic Drubovnik and less than 10 minutes walk from the beautiful village of Cavtat... From Cavtat you can go by boat to Dubrovnik in 45 minutes... The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with sea views... Breakfast very complete and varied... The hotel is quite large, has indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Gym and spa.
Hotel is very big and only has three elevators, during the breakfast peak hours and check out collapses a little.

It was a nice location with great views and a lot of on-site amenities
The staff always seemed too busy - it took me over an hour just to reach someone to schedule a taxi. It also to several phone calls to get room service and they seemed uninterested as I approached the counter.

Hotel comfort and no noise interruption late at night. Loved the saltwater pools. Hotel has it all in one location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Fabulous views.Great breakfast with lots of choice and pleasant morning staff.
This is not a complaint about the actual hotel itself but rather the steep climb back up to the hotel after a visit to the village..some 129 steps in the heat is not fun but a good cardio work-out after a meal. I thought the night dinner prices in hotel could be a little more competitive in the midst of a recession and more people would stay and eat in the hotel at night and create a better night atmosphere. The quality of food was excellent in all restaurants.

Unbeatable and brilliant location, at a short distance from Cavtat Old Town. Beautiful area with restaurants and bars near the hotel. Competent staff from an additional member of staff, exceptional and bright room.

all is fine. no complains, ecxept the elevators which could come faster. my personal advice is to book the seaview room.
planning to use the elevator you have either to have patience or to use the stairs.

The place is fine, from architecture to
Nature. The breakfast and dinner were better than any restaurant we tried locally. Staff was friendly and cute, yet our stay was marred by a bed bug infestation that led to multiple bites and disrupted our vacation. It's really unfortunate.

Very good standard of service, discreet but efficient. Our cleaner was excellent. The pool bar staff were also excellent remembering our room number after only one visit, well done to them, they should be highly valued.During our stay I had my hair cut and again was very impressed by the service and the standard of my cut.
We ate one evening at the Spinacker Restuarant, the setting was idyllic, the service excellent but the food was less memorable. Vegetables were over cooked and cold, really cold, I had duck breast which again was overdone, my partner had beef which was very good however it was served with cold boiled potatoes rather than the promised garlic mash. This was the only disappointment of our stay but it did but us off revisiting the restuarant, something you may wish to bear in mind for subsequent guests.

Good cleaning every day good breakfast and friendly breakfast staff 10 minutes walk to Cavtat (center) children's room with plenty of toys
The service at the restaurant by the pool was disaster. Everything was focused on money and not service, ordered coffee, you pay extra for milk. I would buy a banana for my one-year old boy guess? It cost 17Euro/kilo! Crazy! Not flexible at all, we could not order small children serving pasta only adult portions. The spray dislike me! The dinner buffet was not worth the price, we ate it 3 times and it was tasteless and no variation Salt water in all three pool, not so fun for younger children ingen wi-fi på rummet, endast i receptionen (Obs 5 stjärnigt hotell)

The staff were friendly. While the dinner selection felt a bit basic for a five-star hotel, the overall experience was good.

The position of the hotel was lovely, located on a rocky peninsular, overlooking the beautiful old town of Cavtat. Lovely paths amongst the pine trees to walk around the coast with views of islands. It was only a very short stroll to many lively bars and restaurants. Cavtat also has many secluded bathing areas around the headland on the rocks.
Disappointed that all the pools were seawater.

The views from our room were fine, especially during sunset! We also enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere while strolling through the forest. The golf car service.
In my kids' opinion, the hotel could benefit from a few more activities specifically for children.
